Property development is one of the major operations of Pofield Holdings Limited. Our company’s strategy is to be vertically integrated, incorporating the five phases of the development process (land acquisition, land development, project construction, marketing and sales) in order to control the development costs, timeliness and quality of its projects.


Land Acquisition & Development

Pofield's core business is the acquisition of development sites with good potential for future value enhancement, as well as fixed assets both locally and internationally.

Our main focus will be on acquiring potential sites for development through various means, including the assembly of urban development sites, acquisition of old buildings, and through land auctions, public tenders and private treaty.

We are supported by a group of experienced real estate professionals to ensure that the quality and costs are monitored throughout all phases of the development process and that the highest design and building quality can be achieved.


Project Management & Marketing

The company oversees and largely performs all aspects of its development operations, including the selection and purchase of sites, the preparation of feasibility studies, the obtaining of government approval for zoning and modifications, the design and construction of development projects, and the marketing, leasing and management of completed projects.

We work to achieve measurable results by relieving demand on internal resources, employing effective project management processes, and aggressively managing cost, schedule, quality and risks. We execute our project management services on single projects, as a strategic partner and in support of existing in-house facility departments. Our expert management of procurement, design, construction, consolidation, and relocation process delivers facilities that are closely aligned with overall business objectives.
